Jesse is our Welsh speaking, Zimbabwean born Director. He started Crystal Creative two years ago, with a dream to change the world by delivering innovative digital and print solutions. Outside of his 7-7 job of running Crystal Creative you can find Jesse on the rugby pitch playing for his beloved Squirrels in Rhiwbina.

Justin is a designer through and through, he loves all things brand and design. He has 20 years experience working with some of the biggest brands in the UK. Hailing from the metropolis that is the ‘Port’, Justin is an old school skater-boy that knows his ‘no-comply’ from his ‘stalefish’, whatever they are? Apparently he’s broken more bones than Evel Knievel but he assures us he can still bust a move…

If you’re a client you have most likely met Nick, but you probably didn’t know he is also a professional ballet dancer who has been on Broadway and toured with Disney.

Kevin-John is our South African programmer. Even though he studied Games Design, he enjoys Web Development. He was the first employee to join Crystal Creative and puts his all into developing great products for our clients. Kevin-John is also the local IT technician for when anything breaks, he will always try to make it work, even if it is an Apple product.

Molly is our graphic designer and illustrator, she is passionate about all things creative and is always looking to learn new things. Molly is also a keen horse rider and missed her first day at Crystal Creative after falling off a horse.
